Highly Recommend
Finished just in time for a party on Saturday!
This pattern was easier then I anticipated.
The cape collar asks for boning and milliners wire, but I was unable to find the wire anywhere, and the boning I didn't want to pay for :-)
SO what I did instead is use pipe cleaners....these worked fabulous

Easy & Great for Beginners
Well I should have known from the title of this pattern "fabulous flirts", that this would be short.
I made the Vampire dress (Cape to follow shortly). I got the fabric for $1 from Walmart.
The dress was simple to make, and only took a couple of hours. I only made one alterations, for the sleeve
