Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Description: Hoodie sweatshirt which can be made into a jacket or parka depending on the fabric selection, lining, etc.
Pattern Sizing: I used pattern #507 which is for children's sizes 1-6. I made the size 6 for my 9 year old - my kids are small but I still think the pattern runs large.

Easy & Great for Beginners
I found this pattern at a thrift store along with the adult size version for $1 and snatched them both up a couple of years ago. The reason for being labelled the "world's easiest" is due to the fact that the pattern has only 2 pieces: the sleeve and the body. There is no side seam nor a CB seam.

# super quick 2 piece pattern
# 3/4 length with patch pocket, drop sleeve, hood
# zip front
# great in wools and Yukon Fleece
# make it into a hooded vest by leaving off the sleeves
This was a super easy pattern to use. It made up quickly, but was a little tricky manuvering the seams at the corner
