Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Description: The September 2006 issue of Threads contained this pattern (well, just instructions, really) for making obi-inspired wide wrap belts. It has directions for two styles of belts: a "tailored wrap", which is what I made, and a sash with attached bow.

Pattern Description:
For easy, one-hour style, try a patternless obi-inspired wrap.
Pattern Sizing:
4 inch wide by 86 to 100 inch long obi is designed for a 30-inch waist or smaller. But you can easily shorten it or add more bias strips for extra length.
