Pattern Description:
Semi-fitted, optional lined, wrap top has ties and cap or long sleeves.
Pattern Sizing:
In this OOP "Today’s Fit" pattern by Sandra Betzina sizes range from 32 to 55. I cut out size 32 with a few adjustments - see below.

Highly Recommend I knew I had seen this pattern reviewed on PatternReview but when I started to write this review I couldn't find it listed. Easy & Great for Beginners This pattern comes with long or cap sleave lengths.
I made both. I started with the cap sleave to find out
fit before I cut the "real" top. I used a fine poly smooth knit,
like the stuff used in the 70's, but they came back out
briefly in the 90's. I used a size "C"which is not quite
