Pattern OK, but did NOT work for Me

Has anyone made the slippers? How did they work out? I bought fleece for them and vinyl for the soles, but am afraid the layers of fabric, vinyl and batting will be too thick for pinning, basting and sewing with an ordinary machine. They also seem to run very large. Thanks!

Easy & Great for Beginners
Pajama top/bottom for the whole family!

xs-xl. I made a small in the top and a med. in the bottom (I like my pjs. roomy)
