Easy & Great for Beginners
Background: After making a reversible fleece dog coat I had some sizable fabric scraps. I thought it would be nice to make fleece accessories for the dog walkers, namely my sister and her husband. Gloves are finicky and hats are not always appreciated, so I made neck warmers.
