Easy & Great for Beginners
Note update:
I made this wonderful skirt again in a lime linen with beautiful lilac embroidered flowers on border

Highly Recommend
Update: Because the zipper would not stay up, I had to find a way to keep the skirt from opening up. I added a tab made from bias tape folded in half and sewed on a button. See Here
