I'm an experienced costumer (12 plus years). I typically wear a 12/14 misses yet my measurements put me at a size 22 in this pattern. I bought .5 yards of fabric over the recommended yardage for the size I needed and still managed to fall 2 yards short (its a cotton poly gingham so theres no way t

Pattern Description: Adult costumes for Wizard of Oz
Pattern Sizing: 6-12. I used size 12.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? I didn't expect it to, as I heavily modified it.
