The Baby Sleep Sacks are designed for heavyweight stretch knits only.
We suggest PolarfleeceŽ, blanket fleece, berber
fleece or sweatshirt fleece.
The Baby sleep sacks have a zipper front, a ribbing neckband, a tab
with a snap to cover the zipper pull. The View A sleeveless sack has
armholes finished with narrow hems. View B has raglan sleeves with
mitts. |

Thread, scrap piece of fusible interfacing, one snap, one zipper -
20" (50 cm) for size XS; 22" (55 cm) for size S; 24" (60
cm) for size M; 26" (65 cm) for size L; 28" (70 cm) for size XL.
Purchase suggested length of zipper or longer - zipper will be
trimmed, OR for sizes M, L, XL use a 22" (55 cm) zipper. |

Easy & Great for Beginners
I made this yesterday, in a hurry as I was minding my granddaughter and her parents were delayed in picking her up, so wanted to have her "ready for bed" when they arrived. It sewed up very quickly and looked pretty good when finished. I also put in a separating zipper upside down. I will make this

Edited 1/20/2009 to add entries for the UFO contest. My last nephew had to do without these as I put in the zips and then set them aside. They are really nice though, and I'm sure someone will appreciate them. Here is a photo of the second sleep sack:
