Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description: "MISSES' SKIRT: High waisted, below mid-knee or mid-calf, semi-fitted skirts have back zipper closure. A: purchased belt. B: wrong side will show. C: front band has button closing." I made view A without the belt loops.

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
