Easy & Great for Beginners I have been wanting to make this jacket for a couple of years, because I just love the minimalist styling (and the fact that it will go together in an afternoon). There are only 2 pattern pieces and 7 seams altogether, including the hem. No shoulder pads, no interfacing, no buttons, no nothing. Wow! more... |

Highly Recommend **EDITED 2/2008: Since writing this riew of my 'first burda', I've grown to really love this jacket. It's always my 'go-to' jacket walking out of my house, the one that's just the right weight and just the right amount of cozy. But it just looked... unfinished to me. It needed a closure.
