Completely nuts! I'm (theoretically) a Vogue 12; I made these in Vogue 8. They fit, but they are drafted to be huge, as indeed they are.

Pattern Description: Very loose-fitting through hipline skirt with elasticized waist casing, back zipper closing, side front deep pockets with zipper closing, above ankle length.

Highly Recommend
Very comfortable, flattering....should use middleweight or heavyweight fabric that will drape well...sizing is mis-leading....I went down 4 sizes from what the pattern recommended and the fit was perfect.
