I made this out of cheap material I bought from Hancock's,a dollar or two per yard.I made this in size 14.It was too too tight on my chest,so I inserted a V shaped piece of material on the back,which worked but then I had to add pleats to the shoulders,because the dress was wanting to bunch up there
