Recommend, with Modifications
this is a good pattern but I needed to mod in order to have just the right fit. I made option B, which included the cap sleeves. Had I made A I would have needed to spend more time w/ mods because it is a halter dress and the cup/bust needs to be perfect so there are no 'wardrobe malfunctions'.

Pattern Description:
Retro '47 dress. I made view B with the cap sleeves.
Pattern Sizing:
I made a size 10...which is two sizes smaller than what the size chart said I should be and it fits like a glove!
