Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description:
Blouse with full sleeves or 3/4 sleeves. The drawing on the pattern envelope is NOT inspiring. But last year Vogue Patterns Magazine showed this blouse made up in a gorgeous fabric and I just had to make it. It looked so rich, vibrant and romantic.
