The are medium rise jeans (5 cm below waist) with very flared leg.
Pattern Sizing:
Multiple sizes. I made a 12 (which is true to size).

Just made these in 3/4 version for the upcoming summer. And I love them even more.
I've added a slightly curved 1cm to the side seams from the hips, and you can see how they curve nicely over my hips now instead of snugging them in tightly.

Pattern Description: Lowcut, very flared Jeans
Pattern Sizing: I stuck with my normal 38, even though it looked like it was going to be too tight and it was a good choice.
