I have made this pattern more than once the last time was from a wool underlined in a soft poly/rayon striped fabric. I made the collar from the striped poly/rayon fabric and did some stamping on it in black ink.

Another workhorse of a pattern that I have sewn many times. The design is flattering (hides a tummy and tapers to the hip, losing pounds en route) and a wonderful basic begging for embellishment or a beautiful fabric.
