***Updated to show the shirt version I made with this pattern. I inserted elastic at the neck and omitted the side slit with buttons. For the sleeves to be 3/4 length, I added the length of the gathered sleeve pattern to the top sleeve pattern and finished the edge with binding. Makes cute versio

Edited to add a picture to show the dress without the added shirt underneath.
Pattern Sizing:
Girls 2-6.
I made a 4 with the length of a 6 as I like my daughter's dresses a little longer than knee length--especially since she grows so fast!
