Pattern Sizing:1/2, 1, 2, 3, 4. I made size 4
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?Not exactly, because I cobbled together a couple different views.

Pattern Sizing:
Size 4. I think I made view D but w/o belt. I made separate belt.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Absolutely!!!
Were the instructions easy to follow?
