For this dress, I actually only used the bottom from Butterick 5353. For the bodice, I used Butterick 5429 (read about the dress on my blog and below).

Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description:
Above knee fitted dress with princess seams and a contrasting midriff.
Pattern Sizing:
I cut & sewed a size 14. I'm losing weight, so my measurements are fluxuating and the top is just too big in my opinion. It doesn't look terrible, but I just don't like it.
