Butterick 3782 Babies' dress, hat, jacket
Button front jacket has long sleeves and optional appliques. Sleeveless, empire waist dress has front pleat and back zipper opening. View A has front ruffle. Pull-on panties have elasticized waist and leg openings. Hat is also included. View C has attached ruffle.
