Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description: Misses' dress in two lengths or tunic, belt, and tie-on ruffle bib. I made the view A dress.
Pattern Sizing: 4-12. I cut a 12 based on my measurements, but had to alter the side seams by a lot so it is probably closer to an 8.
