UPDATE: I've made this pattern up again using a yard of tan baby-wale corduroy from JoAnn's (and unbleached muslin for the pockets). For this one, I used a length between D and C (at 5'10" D would have been too short!). To give it the casual look I was going for, I made a few changes. I topstitc

Easy & Great for Beginners

Pattern Description: Simplicity doesn't do descriptions, the pattern envelope just says misses skirts, each in two lengths! I would say it is a 6 gore skirt with a center back seam, with pockets and waist yoke as well as a front pleated pencil skirt with waist yoke and pockets.
