Highly Recommend
I have made this pattern several times. It lends itself to piecing different fabrics. I have used different fabrics in the waists or the top and skirt. The pleats are actually quite easy but look impressive. I have made the tie smaller than the pattern calls for but it does not look as good.

Pattern Description:
Project Runway - toddlers' and child's dress with bodice and trim variations
Pattern Sizing:
size AA = 1/2, 1, 2, or 3; size BB = 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8. I made a size 3 and a size 8 for my cousin's daughters.
