Highly Recommend Pattern Description: Very fitted, supposedly low-waist, stretch yoga pants or shorts, with drawstring waistband (no elastic) and straight leg style.
I made the pants, omitting the drawstring and narrowing the leg to a bootcut style, copying a pair of RTW (ready-to-wear) exercise pants I own.

many...I think they start at a toddler size 2 to grown-up sizes.
I made a size H (size toddler 4) in the waist and hips (raised tops of pants to a size M), and a J in length.
