Burda 9531 Children's Dress & Skirt
Trendy skirt or dress with low-set pleated skirt: dress A with half sleeves and barely noticeable underskirt; dress B is sleeveless. Skirt C makes an excellent figure with the waistband.

Highly Recommend
Pattern Description: Girls semi-fitted pleated jumper or dress pattern and a pleated skirt pattern both have options for a second skirt layer. The jumper has an option for a cap sleeve detail.
Pattern Sizing: Girls 8-12 and Junior 13-14.
