Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description:
Misses' top has short or long puff sleeve or shawl-look collar. I made both the short and long puff sleeve.
Pattern Sizing:

This fabric -- mohair with nylon -- cried to me at Treadle Goods in St. Paul, MN. It also whispered that whatever the final form it should look whispy, with a minimum of seams. I love this collar on the Butterick pattern. I found some lovely aqua velvet ribbon, edged with maroon/brown (?), and de
