Easy & Great for Beginners
Addition of a "Healthier" Hot Pink Tutu

I know, it looks like a pink wreath! :)
In my first attempt with the lavender tutu I had a serious tulle shortage. Instead of six layers it was only three which resulted in a very limp skimpy tutu. Six layers made for a nice full perky tutu!
