Difficult, but great for Advanced Sewers
This Rebecca Taylor design dress is fitted through the bustline, with bra cups, boning, fully interfaced and lined bodice, adjustable shoulder straps, flared skirt and overskirt with back pleats, topstitch trim and an invisible zipper in the back of the dress.

Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description: Bustier style fitted bodice with a flouncy skirt
Pattern Sizing: I cut a size 12, but had to take a lot in. This pattern is drafted WAY TOO LARGE. I recommend starting with 2 sizes smaller than you measure.
