Easy & Great for Beginners
This is a great beginner pattern. I have made it twice and loved both of my tops. The sleeves look great!!!! I did not use the bias tape but just pressed the neck down by one inch and put in the two rows of stich to make a channel for my elastic. My first top was a quilting cotton that was
