Pattern Description: A Ladies Mantle (# 0189) with trim.
Pattern Sizing: 36" bust
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing it? Overall, I think it did, but I added more to the front so it would close more than the illustration shows.

I'm involved in the Vintage Pattern Lending Library's 1912 Project, in which we are trying to reproduce the entire 1912 inventory of the French pattern magazine, La Mode Illustree. It's quite an undertaking, but I'm really enjoying the process and I've learned a lot. Here's my latest project:
