This pattern is for a long sleeved maxi dress with a crossover front extending into very long waist ties. It's a Tall pattern, designed for a height of 5'9".
Pattern Sizing:

Long sleeved maxi dress with a twisted bodice and center inverted pleat.
Pattern Sizing:
72-88 (tall sizes). I cut a 74.
