Highly Recommend
Pattern Description: This is an OOP pattern for tops with an asymmetric tie collar, three-quarter sleeves, and loose, boxy cut. I made view A, which is a little longer and has side slits.

Easy & Great for Beginners
Burda 8664 is a very Stylish, Quick and Easy pattern for pull over tops designed for drapey woven fabrics. It took me about 2 hrs to construct the top (not including cutting and tracing time).
