Easy & Great for Beginners

It is sort of wrinkled in the pictures because I dragged it out from being all balled up. It would be nicer ironed.
This also had the distinction of being the first pattern on which I ran a finger through the sewing machine.

Recommend, with Modifications
I sewed this cape as a costume in black sparkle polyester satin with a red polyester satin lining. I used boning and extra heavy iron-on interfacing in the stand-up collar. The design was easy to sew. It has an elegant drape and an interesting, out-of-the-ordinary look due to the fact that there
