Recommend, with Modifications
I was given a piece of dark blue cotton that looked just perfect for a pair of men's dress pants. This pattern was perfect because it has no pleats in front, which looks much nicer on a person with a wide build. (IMHO of course). The shorts (view E size 42) I made turned out just like the patter

Would NOT Recommend
This pattern has a neckband in addition to a collar. The neckband and neckband facing pattern pieces are not true to size. The sizes of the neckband and neckband facing pieces do not fit the corresponding front and back pattern pieces. They also do not fit the corresponding collar and collar facing
