BLANKET |

The baby blanket is made
from blocks in four different fabrics. The back is in one piece and folds
over the edges to form the binding. |

For Blocks: Cotton,
flannel, Polarfleece®,
interlock. |

For Back: Satin, charmeuse,
cotton, flannel. |

Blocks - four fabrics - 3/8
yd (0.35 m) each. |

BIBS |
|
The bibs have an optional
lining, Velcro®
closure and the outside edges are finished with bias tape. Seven different
appliqués are included. |

Woven and firm knit fabrics
such as cotton, cotton types, terry, interlock, jersey. |

Appliqué: Scrap pieces of fabrics, paper backed fusible web and tear-away

DOLL |
|
The doll is stuffed with
polyester filling. The face is stitched and the hair is made from yarn. |

Suggested Fabric: |

Soft woven and firm knit
fabrics such as interlock, stretch terry, cotton and fleece. For the face
and hands, use a woven fabric such as broadcloth. |

Easy & Great for Beginners This is my first completed quilt. If it were a movie instead of a quilt, it would be "Plan 9 from Outer Space." And if I were a director instead of a sewer, I would be Ed Wood. I just wish my husband were Johnny Depp (minus the angora sweater). But on with the review.
