Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Description: This is Kwik Sew's pattern 2224, designed by Kerstin Martensson, copyrighted MCMXCII (Roman 1992). It's for men's bikini briefs. It's wonderful but sadly OOP. The briefs have double fabric fronts & high-cut leg openings. View "A" has waist & leg openings finished with elastic.

Easy & Great for Beginners
Once again, great undies for DH, just can't seem to follow directions! These low-slung briefs call for a double front, but DH doesn't want extra fabric in the Florida heat, so single front it is! For the first pair, that was the only change I made. Oh, except that I had to "grade up" the pattern.

Highly Recommend
This was my first Kwik Sew pattern, and I understand why everybody recommends this pattern line. I felt that it was time to sew something for my DH after so many projects for myself. He said he wanted briefs, I found some knits and thought it would make a good training for sewing with knits.
