pull on maternity top with twist front and shoulder ties
I made a 20 (42" bust). It was a bit tight on the sides, but too big at the upper chest (the vee was too low, she must have a short torso).

Pattern Sizing:
Multi-sized. I used 14 for my DD. She measures for a larger size, but I made it for her last year and it fit fine.
