Butterick 4052 Infants' Dress, Jumpsuit and H
Dress A and B have lined bodice, gathered skirt and back button closure. Dress A has lined gathered sleeves and purchased trim. Dress B has sheer overlay, gathered sleeves and purchased trim. Jumpsuit C has lined bodice, pleated front, gathered pants with legbands, back button closure, snap crotch and purchased trim.

This is a great pattern to sew! The finished dress looks just like the picture, other than one change I made.
It has very easy to follow directions.
