Does anyone know of clothing patterns for bears/animals that are the size sold @ Build a Bear?

My kids have a few animals that they are attached to and enjoy dressing, so I thought I would try to find some patterns to make some clothes for them instead of forking over $$ for something I can probably make rather quickly and at a low cost.

Thanks for your help!

My DD "cross dresses" her American Girls and Build a Bear, so I think the 18 inch doll clothes patterns may fit an 18 inch bear. Probably not all of them would work, but that could give you a few more choices.

I have 3 simplicity patterns for bear clothes for 15 and 18" bears. One of them Simplicity no longer carries but I found on ebay. It is Simplicity 5280. Has a wedding dress, cheerleader, ballerina, and soccer player. Here is a link to one person who sells it on ebay. There were a couple of others so you might do a search on ebay for it, if you are unable to get it. Simplicity 5280

I used the 18" doll patterns(American Girl). I added a 1/2" to the side seams and the folded seams. The height is right. I made pants, t-shirts, Shorts, PJ's, tank tops, long sleeve tops(raglan sleeve) and short sleeve dress shirts. It works with a little adjustments here and there:)
