I bought a used Janome/New Home HF106 but it doesn't have the manual. Somebody knows where I can find the manual?

Maybe Janome's customer service can help you:

If you have a Hancock's still open near you (many have closed) they might be able to help you wih a manual. I believe the Janome/New Home "HF" models stand for the New Home models that were sold at Hancock Fabrics.

Have you tried the link that Karen149 posted? Janome sent me the instructions to a Janome Harmony 1017 (previously sold by Sears, and now also discontinued) that is similar to your HF 106. It was copied pages, but it was free, and was sent quickly. They probably have instructions for the HF 106.
I googled for HF 106 instruction manual, and a .com store came up that sells the "instruction manual" for the New Home 106 for $17.95 plus S & H. But...at the bottom of the page it stated that it may take 4 to 6 weeks to come from the manufacturer and may be COPIED pages due to the manual being out of print. So, might as well get it directly from the manufacturer, and for free, and skip the $17.95 plus S & H !!!
Especially, since that's what would probably come from that .com store anyway!!!
Janome also stated the instructions would take 4-6 weeks to arrive, but it was much sooner.
Kylnne2 is correct that this was a Hancock Fabric model, so she had a good suggestion about checking at a HF store.
Are the presser feet on the HF 106 the snap-on type, or not?
The Harmony 1017 does not have snap-on feet either.
Best wishes, and happy sewing.
