As soon as I clicked on the message board this am, I got a message from my security system that there is a TROJAN ON THIS BOARD! Didn't get this message yesterday or any other time. It says it's somehow conncected to a Butterick pattern?

Yesterday (I think) someone posted a link to a Butterick pattern, and my pop-up blocker wouldn't let me go the page, so I tried it again, and same result. Maybe it is something to check out.

I went and looked up Peter's review and then remembered that I had clicked a pattern tease on the right side of the screen. I think it was Butterick. I went to the line drawing and my Avast flashed a window with a siren (scared the bejeebers out of me) that said a TROJAN had been detected. I immediately shut down and did a reboot scan. The scan did not find anything. I really had a red flag kind of feeling that it was actually one of those pop-ups that won't close kind of things.

There was a radio button at the bottom of the window that was already checked and the message was something to the effect of "Allow secure information to go to third party for analysis" or some such thing. Sounded fishy to me but I wasn't taking any chances. I do not know which pattern I linked to and don't know how to retrieve the warning window. Sorry!

Is this still happening? Can you re-create that error? The host for images.patternreview.com did something which may have caused this false alarm. But they did fix it yesterday so I was wondering if this is still happening.
