I am trying to turn a mock turtleneck into a full one. I wanted to know if anyone would know how wide I should make the neck in order to achieve this.

Date: 11/4/09 7:11 PM Check the length of a turtle neck in your closet and double this measurement, then add the seam allowances. ------
