Hello:

I have two PR usernames:
Juliette Curtis
Juliette2

Can they be merged into one account? Juliette2 is the one I prefer to use since it was my first PR username and all but one of my reviews are under this name. Unfortunately it is tied to a non-existant email address.

Juliette Curtis has the correct email address that I want to use.

Ideally I would like to use the Juliette2 username, with the email address of Juliette Curtis.

Can this be done?

How ironic, I was just going to ask how and/or if I can change my username. I like poorpigling's idea. Talk it over with yourself, if you are the only one listening.

Thank you, Carolyn, but I'm having trouble doing this.

I want to keep the username Juliette2 but cannot log in with it. The site displays a message that the email address or password is invalid. The email address truly is invalid: the company that hosted it no longer exists. That means I can't change the email address to the correct one.

I have some knowledge of computer systems although I am not a programmer. I suspect that what I need cannot be done by me. If it can be done at all, it probably needs to be done by a system administrator.

I would like to delete the username Juliette Curtis, and transfer its email address to Juliette2. The email address concerned is jlcurtis ATSIGN iinet DOT net DOT au.

Can this be done?

Juliette -- it sounds like Deepika may have to take care of this. She may not have seen your post yet, but I'm sure she'll spot it soon.

Just bumping this topic up. I can't log in as Juliette2 at all, and my 40-odd reviews are associated with that username. I'd really appreciate some help if possible....
