Here's a website with a comprehensive Spanish-English list of sewing terminology. It is designed for industry, so it may not be 100% helpful, but it looks good nonetheless.

Date: 1/23/10 1:34 PM Thanks! This looks promising.
The Ebay vendor Stoff-Art includes a half-page of Spanish/English sewing translations when you order Patrones from them, but I find that even with that AND Paco Peralta's diccionario, I still can't find many of the terms I come across in Patrones. ------ Christina

Date: 1/23/10 2:54 PM Thank you *so* much! I have just started working for a manufacturer, and our sewers and trimmers do not speak English - I'm trying, and I'm counting that they are laughing *with* me and not at me (good quality stitches are good quality stitches in any language) - this will really help (I'm forwarding this to my boss).
Much appreciated!
