I as well got a beautiful tiffany blue Vintage Kenmore Sewing Machine from a friend. Model is c877.15

Ive tried looking around for a manual or any information on the machine but havent had any luck. Some of the c877.15 i have seen online, dont seem to look alike?

Anyone have any information regarding it? year even?
I am new at sewing and dont even know how to thread a vintage machine. Just recently learnt how to thread a machine a few weeks ago!

I tested it, and it works perfectly! I would love to know how to clean/oil and well use this thing of beauty..

Any info/help would save my life! :)

It a 15-class "clone". A very nice, solid machine. Other than the stitch length, which I expect you can figure out with no problem. Singer has a free download for their model 15. It'll at least show you how to thread and oil it.

Get the one for the 15-30 treadle.

What a sweet machine. The color is to die for. You take dramatic pictures.

Who's a pretty boy, yes, who's so pretty! You so pretty! *coo*

Dammit. Now I'm cooing at other people's machines and not even in person.

I downloaded the singer manual, as per your advise and your absolutely right. it is exactly its clone! Would have never thought of that!

I skimmed through it (quite alot of new terms and reading for a newbie, but i will soon prevail ! :p) and I believe i pretty much have everything I need!

Thank you thank you sooo much!
