This will bump this up. However, without more info a recommendation is pretty much a shot in the dark. Probably the quickest way would be to look at the reviews of Vogue tops and see whether you find one you like. The review will tell you about the experience of different people with different preferences and body shapes.

Vogue 1033 may fit the bill. I made it a few weeks ago with Ron Collins. I did have to do fit it to me, but then I have to do that with all patterns.

There are front and back darts, bust darts too to give a good fit.

Vogue 1033 is the only shirt type pattern with a bust dart that I could find.

Edited to add:
Oops, I was wrong! Check out Vogue 2634. It also has a bust dart. You don't see the dart in the line drawing with breast pockets, but it is there on the ones without pockets (just hidden by the pocket).

That is exactly the one I was looking for. I just could not remember where I saw it! Did you take the course with Ron at the Victoria sewing show this year?

I love New Look 6952. It has bust and waist darts, a very nice yet classy shape, and the collar is really cute.

It has a hidden placket which I guess is folded a little differently than standard, but you could easily remove the placket.

Yes, i did take the class with Ron at the Victoria sewing show. He had the blouse made up in all sizes (less the collar and cuffs). I tried it on and he wrote down the first set of alterations on a handout with the pattern in miniature.

We made a mock up, (less collars and cuffs), then he reviewed if there were any further alterations to make.

If we were not sure how to do an alteration, he showed us either individually or as a group.

He did say that the back darts were very low and most women would have to move them up (I moved them up by 2 inches). I think he said Vogue had used the man's dart placement not woman's on the back of the pattern.

We were supposed to go camping for Easter, but the weather report is rain all weekend. I may just stay home and make the blouse. Once I get my final one made up I will try a short sleeve version.

Now there is another pattern I am going to have to get. That is really cute as well. Thank you.
