Date: 6/1/10 3:51 PM Hi,
I am looking for a full riding skirt pattern. It would need to be for riding astride. I am looking for something medieval looking.
Thanks,

Date: 6/1/10 4:19 PM I'm not sure what you are looking for, but this site Medieval Women riding suggests that women wore long circle or double circle skirts when riding. There are many circle skirt patterns available, but a circle skirt pattern is easy to draft.
If you are looking for something else, perhaps you could post a pic.

Date: 3/17/13 11:27 AM Hi, I like to make riding skirts too. I have found that regular culotte or devided skirt patterns will work well. Also, McCalls, Butterick, and Simplicity pattern companys' have medieval style costume patterns for sale..... could something like that work? |
