SW Michigan Anyone?

I'm actually from The Land Where No One Sews (aka, SW Mich) - St. Joe area. In all of my time here I've only seen one other person from SW MI - Holland, I believe, and she was inactive before I really even became a member. Where is your sister from? I am hoping to get her signed up once their computer is finished repair. .....Thanks for posting..... Have you lived all your life in St. Joe area? ....My sister & I get together for a few weeks every year at her place & sew & visit family. Any new fabric stores in Battle Creek & surrounding area? Anything going on over Labor Day weekend my DSIS & I could attend? She said she had not heard of anything yet. We plan to go to Hastings to a couple of nice shops there. Hopefully Amish town too in far northern IN. ............. any other recommendations ? I have a large room and giant tables. i would love to have people over for all day or whatever time they can spend here.n. n. I don't have a car but I have 4 sewing er,5 machines and two sergers. I am studying fashion business in college and getting my bfa in merchandising but I will be setting up businesses in manufacturing. I had to take cdfp which was a life enhancing experience (.construction design flat patterning and draping).
