I know this was an old topic, but THANK YOU for posting the link!!!
I've found some other resources on fabric covered belt kits, but they'd add $10 s/h to Hawaii. $10 on $2 product!?
The etsy seller (actually she had an online shop) were selling it with $2 s/h anywhere in the U.S.!!
